Our new camera has not arrived yet so we don't have any pictures of Aiden opening his birthday presents. He is pretty thrilled to be 4! There are spiderman balloons, playmobil pirates, and lots of new legos. Most of his birthday was spent holding our breath, waiting for Zeke and Aiden's cousin to be born. She came a few hours after midnight, just missing a shared birthday with Aiden. Susanna Elnora (hislast) weighed 9 lbs. 1 oz. and everybody is doing great after a 3 1/2 day induction.

Congratulations on becoming an aunt and uncle and to the boys on becoming cousins. What fun they are going to have with a girl cousin. Congrats to Cailin too.

You were friends with my sister Margaret and I was friends with Cailin way back when in Barrington. Then you guys moved away to Fargo and we all lost touch. Anyway, I've been following your story and Cailin's (at a distance) through her academic profiles and your blog for a few years.
